Regional markets moved mixed this morning. Japanese and Australian markets fell but Hong Kong markets gained. Negative sentiment from Italy's credit rating downgrade by Standard & Poor's did not influence the gain in Hong Kong markets.
Nikkei 225 fell by 1.16 percent to 8,761.65 in Tokyo and S&P/ASX 200 slid by 0.53 percent to 4,059.80 in Sydney. Hang Seng rose by 0.48 percent to 19,008.80 in Hong Kong.
